Event Scheduling System is Horrible

The event scheduling system is horrible and inefficient. My brother purchased the tickets and is working without good cell phone availability, so I am responsible for scheduling our classes. However, you must create an account 'by invitation only' and that invitation resides in his email. I am unable to contact him, and my two attempts to contact customer service through email (the only option) have gone unanswered. 

Each time I look, the events we want are filling up. Your signup/scheduling process is very, very confusing and unclear with too many steps. Very disappointed with this event already.
